Vehicle Reservation Request:
If you wish, you may request the reservation of any of the vehicles published on the WebSite by clicking on the image or on the “SEE MORE” button of the vehicle card whose availability you wish to know. 
To this end, you must provide the data requested in the form provided for the purpose (place, date and time of collection, place, date and time of delivery, name, surname, phone number, email adress) and has the ability to leave a comment or provide additional information on everything you need. After reading, and if you agree, later acceptance of these terms of use and privacy policy (through a statement or clear affirmative acción – ticked a box or click on a button), you must Press the button provided for sending the reservation request. In case it is not possible to reserve the requested vehicle, due the fact that it is not available in the place and/or dates requested by you, our team, if you wish, will be able to provide you with alternative options similar to the requested vehicle. 
In any case, it is understood that the reservation request service through the WebSite, without our team having contacted you, can be considered as a firm reservation.

Responsibility: 
The processing of your data is carried out on a legal basis consisting of the legitimacy granted by your request for information or a quotation and, where appropriate, by the contracting of our services, the terms and conditions of which will be made available to you before any eventual contracting.

Operation of the Web: 
DDSOIRTCAR cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors in the access to the WebSite. However, there is a firm commitment, as soon as it becomes aware of such incidents, to carry out all actions aimed at restoring or repairing them, except for the concurrence of causes beyond the control of DDSPORTCAR that make it impossible or difficult to carry them out. 

Third-party content and viruses:
DDSPORTCAR does not assume any responsability for the contents, opinions, information from third parties and/or services linked from the Web outside the WebSite, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in such contents that may cause alterations in the user’s physical (hardware) and logical (software) systems, or to the documents or files stored in the user’s system, as a consequence of the presence of a virus in the user’s computer that is used to connect the services and contents of the WebSite or of the use of non-updated versions of a browser or malfunction of the same Web Site.

Intellectual and Industrial Property:

All the elements and/or contents published on the WebSite have been created by DDSPORTCAR or DDSPORTCAR has a license or authorisation for their use, which has meant an intellectual and/or economic effort assumed entirely by DDSPORTCAR. Therefore, all those elements and/or contents, such as images, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, srtucture and design, applications necessary for its operation, access and use, etc., and the rights that may be held over them are the exclusive property of DDSPORTCAR, expressly prohibiting the reproduction, distribution, public communication -including its method of making available- and transformation of all or part of the contents of the WebSite, in any medium and by any technical means, without the prior express written permission of DDSPORTCAR. Otherwise, those exclusive intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to DDSPORTCAR will be  violated. Therefore, the user undertakes to respect these rights, abstaining from deleting, altering, eluding or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the DDSPORTCAR pages.

User-generated content:
By accepting these terms of use, the user grants DDSPORTCAR a license as broad as required by law for the publication of the contributions made in the different participation services established on the WebSite or which are established. It is absolutely forbidden for the user to upload to the WebSite, share or make any other type of legally protected contents without being duly and legally legitimated to do so, both by legislation relating to intellectual property or industrial property (trademarks, patents, utility models, industrial designs). DDSPORTCAR offers the possibility of reporting any type of violation of rights by any user or third-party due to the introduction of a specific content on the WebSite, communicating this circumstance to DDSPORTCAR, by means of an e-mail to the adress legal@DDSportCar.com

These terms of use and privacy policy shall be governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute or controversy related to the application or interpretation of such terms and policies, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent in accordance with current legislation.
